Chi Kung is an ancient Chinese practice in movement which helps reduce muscle and joint pain.
Chi Kung combines gentle movement with controlled breathing, and has been effective in improving balance, increasing flexibility, increasing strength, reducing stress, reducing blood pressure, increasing energy, and maintaining general health.
Chi Kung may be new to you, but it is taught by a familiar face – our very own Marcia is teaching! Marcia has been practicing Chi Kung for over 8 years and has been teaching for over 5 years.
